Comfortable Stay with Great Service

Checked in after a long day, and the welcoming staff made us feel at home. Our room with two queen beds was pristine and cozy. Enjoyed a hearty hot breakfast the next morning—a perfect fuel for our journey. Don’t miss the delicious pizza place across the street!

Family with children paradise

The breakfast was just excellent, many choices and the warm food was nice and warm. Good coffee and juice. Grandchildren loved it.

We appreciated the spacious and clean room, which was perfect for our overnight stay with our little dog just outside the door. Seeing staff actively maintain the property, like polishing elevator doors, impressed us tremendously.

The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds had ample space, which worked well for a family stay. The outdoor patio provided a perfect spot for relaxation, especially for those who appreciate a little fresh air and natural light.

We encountered a couple of hiccups during our stay, such as a backed-up tub, toilet, and sink that led to a flooded bathroom in the middle of the night. Later, we experienced a minor issue with being locked in our room due to the deadbolt malfunctioning, but the management stepped in quickly to resolve these issues. While inconvenient, the prompt responses worked to alleviate some of the stress.

The room was spacious and designed with modern comforts, including multiple USB outlets. I loved how the breakfast offered so many yummy choices, especially the warm waffles and fresh coffee that energized our mornings. The staff was very nice. They greeted us like family and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

Great location right off the highway. Perfect for an overnight stop. The room had plenty of space for our family. It felt very clean and modern. Breakfast offered a solid variety and was consistently warm, which the kids appreciated. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Outdoor patio provided a nice spot for us to relax after a long drive. Had a little hiccup with the tub and sink backing up in the middle of the night, but maintenance fixed it quickly. Also had a minor issue with the deadbolt getting stuck, but again, staff responded promptly. It would have been nice to have more seating areas around the pool during peak times. All in all, a pleasant stay with only a couple of small setbacks.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Elizabethtown North is beautifully decorated and the outdoor patio was a delightful spot to unwind. It was easily accessible, allowing me to navigate comfortably and enjoy quality time with family.
